Fabio spent eight years in Brazil gaining his two university degrees.  He then went on to gain his Post Graduate in Sports Training.  After training with Romana Kryzanowska and gaining his Authentic Pilates certification in 2001 he worked at The Pilates Studio Brazil.  

 

In 2006 Fabio and his wife Maria opened their own Pilates/Yoga studio in Sao Paulo. In 2015 Fabio and Maria moved to Gisborne and Fabio started teaching at the studio.  

 

Fabio has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is passionate about rehabilitating his clients to enable them to live a better life.

Thomaz started as a fitness instructor in Brazil in 1998.  In 2005 he gained his Bachelor of Physical Education and in 2010 he was awarded his certification in Authentic Pilates.

 

He is a black belt in Jiu-jitsu and loves the outdoors and surfing which was a big attraction for him to move to Gisborne in 2017.

 

Thomaz is a wonderful addition to the team. He is 100 percent focused on his clients and their needs and is an excellent teacher of mat classes too.
