A huge congrats to one of our clients Leigh Sheldrake for winning 8 Gold medals last week in the Masters NZ Surf Life Saving Champs here in Gizzy. Leigh has been a client of Fabio’s this past year and says “Authentic Pilates has really helped balance my body. It has addressed my neck pain, back and shoulder tightness and helps compliment the other exercise and activity I do”. Well done Leigh!

Thomaz has arrived in NZ and has now joined our team.
He started as a fitness instructor in 1998. In 2005 he gained his Bachelor of Physical Education and in 2010 completed his certification in Authentic Pilates. He is a black belt in Jiu-jitsu, loves the outdoors and surfing and describes himself as a people person.
You may have noticed on entering the studio that we have more equipment. Yes, Fabio's gear has finally made it from Brazil!! What this means for you, our clients: more torture, I mean, future-proofing for your body on some great pieces of apparatus. For our duos: opportunities to work on the cadillac and wall units. For our mat classes: the opportunity to use better mats for your workouts. We are excited to say that, outside the training centre in Auckland , we are the only fully equipped studio in the country!!
